Katrina is our Office Manager, Referral Relationship Manager and Marketing Manager all rolled into one. She is exceptional at her work. She is proficient in all aspects of the practice - organization, administrative and support. She has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We absolutely appreciate and adore her contribution to a positive and productive work environment.
Anessa
Front Office Adminstrator
Anessa is the official “sparkle” of the office! Always smiling and bubbling with energy and enthusiasm, our Anessa, is a ball of happiness! As a front office admin at the Cocoa office, she is eager to help but more eager to make our patients laugh and feel relaxed. She is a fitness trainer and a volleyball coach. We are so proud of her achievements and more proud that she is part of our team!
Makenna
Endodontic Assistant
Our expert endodontic assistant, Makenna, we lovingly call “Makennaaa” her kindness towards patients is heart melting!! We learn so much from her on how to treat people with kindness! She is an absolutely amazing assistant, very well prepared and can handle much and while super alert! We thank her wholeheartedly for being with Pristine. Thank you for your love and care!

Endodontic Assistant
Our expert endodontic assistant, we lovingly call “Savvy”. We absolutely enjoy working with her! We love joking with her while she is assisting chairside. Her skills are super amazing! Her preparedness and her efforts in keeping us on time are commendable. She talks to herself and is slowly teaching us all to do the same;) we really appreciate and value you!! Endodontic Assistant
Our expert Endodontic assistant, Emily, we lovingly address as “Em” has warmed up to the fact that she belongs in Pristine and that we are her family! As soon as she did, her awesomeness opened up! She is an excellent assistant and is great at learning silently. She is dependable and we can all count on her. She primarily assists Dr. Mona in our Melbourne office and Dr. Mona treasures her!! We are so blessed to have her at Pristine.

Our expert endodontic assistant, Miranda, we lovingly call “Mandarin” is the goofy one of the lot! She brings humor and silliness to the team. Apart from learning and growing everyday in her skills, her job is full time entertainment! She has a very kind heart and cares deeply for her team members! How blessed we are to have her at Pristine!
